Sermon 1: God Has a Plan

Have you ever questioned God’s love because God lets people die? Do you wonder how to love a God that can be cruel? You must stop yourself from judging God in this manner. There is another side to the story.

Death from a life on earth is not an act of cruelty, when God’s plan for us is complete joy in an Everlasting Life of Abundance.
Why must we rely on faith in this plan and are not just given proof?

God’s motives will never be understandable to us and have no expectations of ever being able to figure it all out. God is the Creator of the Universe. No living person will ever be able to completely understand something so complicated and vast as the entire universe. So, it’s a given that we’ll also never be able to understand its Creator.

God has told us in the Bible that it will all become clear to us when we reach His Kingdom. So, while on earth, God lets us learn everything we need to prepare for a rewarding afterlife. Every experience you live through is a path designed to gain knowledge of good and evil, evaluate the differences between them and to improve the choices you make between the two. It is God’s plan for preparing us for an afterlife where there is only good. You are being prepared to be able to choose Heaven. You must be ready to bask completely and forever in unabated joy, never thinking it may end or wondering if you deserved it.

God is showing us during our lifetimes that trust, faith, and love are much more important than knowledge. It is the supreme lesson of the Fall of the Garden of Eden.

God won’t put you in Heaven until you have learned not to make a hell of it. But He will never stop teaching you. No matter what, He will never stop loving you.

In the beginning, God separated the heavens from the earth. You are experiencing the earth now. What makes you think that experiencing the heavens doesn’t come next? Heaven IS next!!!! Rejoice today!!!!

Talk to God constantly. Love God. Thank God. Wrap Him all around you. Let Him know that you are committing yourself to appreciate all that’s good in the world so you can choose to accept a Heaven of limitless happiness.

Be tickled that He loves you so much. Because you know how you are.
